Project Title: UBC Electric Car Club Winter Trip

UBC Electric Car Club’s goal is to help break the fossil fuel dependency within the transportation sector by showcasing the capabilities of electric vehicles. In order to continue our mandate of increasing environmental sustainability awareness, we have set the ambitious goal of demonstrating the feasibility of electric vehicles in Canada’s harsh winter climate. To do this, we will be sending our E-Beetle on a winter road trip to Edmonton, Calgary, and then back to Vancouver.
